Founded in 2008 in Oslo, Norway by artist Siren M. Fristad, Sirenes began with a simple yet powerful passion: expressive creativity. From an early age, colours were not just visual elements, but emotional experiences—found in flowers, clothing, and everyday life.

In 2011, Sirenes held its first solo exhibition in Oslo, marking the beginning of an international journey. Since then, the artwork has reached audiences across the UK, Italy, Canada, the United States, and China. Today, Sirenes paintings are collected worldwide, from Europe to Australia and Africa.

Close up of some of Sirenes paintings:

What makes Sirenes unique is not just the vibrant palette, but the process itself. Each painting is created barefoot, often using finger-painting techniques, allowing a direct connection between emotion and canvas. This ensures that every piece is truly one of a kind.

Sirenes continues to grow globally while staying deeply rooted in authenticity, emotion, and artistic freedom.

Each Sirenes painting is truly one of a kind—once it’s gone, it’s gone.
